      Ingredients

      Water, Dehydrated Potato, Ground Beef, Pork, Garlic, Sea Salt, Whole Milk, Textured Vegetable Protein, Red Bell Pepper, Onion, Olives, Tomato Paste, Monosodium Glutamate, Soy Bean Oil, Salt, Granulated Garlic, Granulated Onion, Sugar, Spices, Annatto, Yeast Extract, Turmeric And Tricalcium Phosphate As Anticaking Agent. Batter: Water, Enriched Wheat Flour (niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid And Enzymes), Corn Flour, Modified Cornstarch, Salt And Sodium Benzoate As Preservative.

      Directions

      Keep frozen.

      Cooking instructions:

      Fry: In deep fryer or large, heavy pot, heat 2-1/2" Goya® Corn Oil, Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil over medium-high heat until oil temperature registers 300°F. Add Goya® Beef Potato Puffs; Cook until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F), 12-14 minutes. Using slotted metal spoon, transfer potato puffs to paper towel-lined plate to drain; let sit 2 minutes. Serve warm.

      Bake: Heat conventional oven or toaster oven to 425°F. Transfer potato puffs to greased, foil-lined baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F), 22-25 minutes; let sit 2 minutes. Serve warm.

      Microwave: Place potato puffs on microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high power until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F), about 3 minutes. Let sit 2 minute before removing from microwave. Serve warm.

      For best results: Cook from frozen state.
