Almond Flour, Arrowroot, Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Coconut Flour, Cream of Tartar, Baking Soda, Sea Salt 

Directions

What You'll Need: eggs, water or milk, oil. Pancakes (4 inches): How Many: 6. Mix: 3/4 cups. Eggs: 1. Water or Milk: 1-1/2 tbsp. Oil: 1 tbsp. How Many: 12. Mix: 1-1/2 cups. Eggs: 2. Water or Milk: 3 tbsp. Oil: 2 tbsp. How Many: 20. Mix: full box. Eggs: 4. Water or Milk: 1/3 tbsp. Oil: 3 tbsp. Whisk eggs, water or milk, and oil in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended. Heat lightly oiled griddle or skillet on medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle using 2 tbsp. batter for each pancake. Cook until edges are dry, turn and brown other side. Save for another day. Our mixes don't contain any preservatives, so once made, store your, treats in the fridge or freezer. Waffles (4 inches) How Many: 4. Mix: 1/2 cups. Eggs: 1. Water or Milk: 2 tbsp. Oil: 2 tsp. How Many: 12. Mix: 1-1/2 cups. Eggs: 3. Water or Milk: 5 tbsp. Oil: 2 tbsp. How Many: 20. Mix: full box. Eggs: 5. Water or Milk: 2/3 tbsp. Oil: 3 tbsp. Preheat waffle iron on high heat setting. Whisk eggs, water or milk, and oil in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended. Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron. Cook on high according to waffle iron instructions and serve.

Mix it up! Try one of these creative toppings combos: Yogurt, sliced strawberries, drizzle of honey sliced bananas, almond butter, chopped nuts. Mashed avocado, chopped onion, arugula, everything seasoning.
