      The fame is in the name and the quality is in the product. Founded 1950 - Raul Lopez. Reclosable seal. Burrito: A burrito can be made with whatever filing you like best. Place any cooked food down the center of a warmed burrito tortilla, top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato and shredded cheese, then fold over two sides (overlap) for a long burrito. (Some people prefer to fold all four sides overlapping in the center for a square burrito). Try our other delicious El Milagro tortilla products. Founded 1950 by Raul Lopez Sr.

      Ingredients

      Bleached Wheat Flour, Water, Shortening (Interesterified Soybean Oil, with Distilled Mono Glycerides Added), and Rice Flour. The Following Less than 2% - Wheat Protein, Sea Salt, Enzymes, CMC Gum, Xanthan Gum, Calcium Sulfate, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Preservative Blend (Calcium Propionate, Potassium Sorbate, and Citric Acid), Sugar, Cellulose Gum, Yeast, Natural Butter Flavor), Dough Conditioner (Sodium Metabisulfite).

      Directions

      Refrigerate after purchase. To Heat: Put into skillet or large shallow pan on medium flame-let heat - out in one tortilla at a time. Turn tortilla every few seconds until hot. Note: Heating tortilla is not necessary for frying menus, just let them sit at room temperature for a while to prevent cracking. Some Suggested Fillings: seasoned ground beef; shredded chicken meat; chopped pork; sliced hot dogs; beans; cheese; cooked chorizo (Mexican sausage); cooked and crumbled Italian sausage; cooked and seasoned to your good taste. Ideas for Burritos: Please keep in mind that the burrito tortilla can be used for other delicious foods, not just with foods. Salad Basket: Set your deep fryer at 350 degrees F. Place a flour tortilla on the outside of your fryer basket and fry in oil. Fry until golden brown. Remove the tortilla basket from oil with a pair of tongs, place on a paper towel to drain. Let cool and use for your own delicious salad. How to Roll Burritos: 1. Fold sides. 2. Fold bottom. 3. Roll up. 4. Finished shredded see front.
