Microwave oven wattages vary; adjust times accordingly): 1:30 to 2:30; Servings: 3 to 4; Water: 1 1/3 cups; Butter: 2 Tbsp; Salt (Sodium content per serving without salt is 70 mg) (use less if desired): 1/2 tsp; Milk: 1/3 cup; Potatoes: 1 cup; Microwave Time (Directions developed using 1000 watt microwave ovens.
