      The Pacific Rim Sweet Riesling is part of the Pacific Rim collection of wines from the Columbia Valley in Washington. The purest winemaking possible is practiced – the wines are sustainably produced, using all native yeasts and no oak or malolactic fermentation.

      The wine is refreshingly sweet with a lively mouthfeel. There are fresh and fruity with flavors of pineapple and peach, and is ideal with fiery fare – especially Thai, Szechwan, Mexican, Middle Eastern and Caribbean cuisine.
