Easily prepare the frozen sugar snap peas and veggies by cooking them in a skillet or the microwave in 5 minutes or less. Wok Skillet Instructions: (1) heat 1 tsp oil in a wok or large skillet over medium high heat. 0 add vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes or to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. (3) Drain and Serve. Microwave ovens vary in power adjust cooking time accordingly. For food safety and quality follow these instructions carefully. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degree F as measured by a food. promptly refrigerate any leftovers. reheat before serving.
